APPROACHES TO THERAPY:
HOW DO WE MAKE CHANGES?

Trauma can lead you to feel stuck in the past and worried about the future; recovery enables you to live in the here and now, and connect to your best self. We all have the ability to heal—to build new pathways rather than repeating negative patterns. We can make more profound change in our lives when we experience shifts not only through thinking and insight but also in our bodies and nervous systems.

Our intention is to provide a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and safe environment. We draw from a range of therapeutic tools, depending upon what is most resonant for the client. We are all somatically oriented, and our selection of skills and tools are effective in different ways for different people. They all support gentle change from the inside out.
